Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for products in the last 6 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Surat courts.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Purchase Code Online.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
