Digital Product Refunds

Refund Process

2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. We may ask for additional information to verify your claim.
3. Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For denied requests, we'll provide a detailed explanation.
Technical Issues
If a transaction fails due to technical issues, the amount will typically be automatically refunded by your payment provider within 5-7 business days. If you don't see the refund, please contact us with your transaction details.
Chargeback Policy
Important: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension. A ₹2000 chargeback fee will apply, plus any outstanding balances must be paid before service restoration.
